Hal Hockersmith is a Nebraska certified Professional Computer Engineer working for York General Hospital as an IT professional. Taking a break from running SaaS telemetry services and building circuit boards, he is now learning how modern server systems and highly available software are deployed and managed. As a scripting assistant and as a frontline support engineer his personable nature and ability to explain well help users grasp how and why things broke and are now fixed better than they started.
